Bringing the Best of Rodeo and Western Lifestyle to Your Screen with Wild Rides TV

Overview
Prairie Rose Productions set out to blend rich Western history with exclusive rodeo, western, and contemporary entertainment through their streaming service: Wild Rides TV. While the Prairie Rose team focused on producing original TV series, Gnomon was brought on to design and build the streaming platform itself. Using the video content management system Zype, Gnomon crafted a powerful backend CMS to organize and distribute Wild Rides TV content across the web and major OTT platforms.

Main Goal
By leveraging Zype’s CMS, Gnomon developed a fully functional streaming platform website while also deploying the Wild Rides TV app across multiple streaming television platforms using Zype’s Application Creator System.

Project Summary

Gnomon began by creating brand guidelines for Prairie Rose Productions, including a visual identity to reflect the Western heritage and modern entertainment style of Wild Rides TV. With the brand foundation in place, our team developed the web-based streaming platform integrated with Zype.

The streaming service launched on the web in December 2022. From there, Gnomon expanded accessibility by making Wild Rides TV available on Apple iOS, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon App Store, Roku TV, FireTV, and Google Play Store, ensuring the app could be accessed on devices from Panasonic, TCL, Sharp, Philips, Sony, and more.

Project Conclusion

Wild Rides TV continues to grow as Prairie Rose Productions focuses on expanding its library of unique western content. Gnomon remains a key development partner, supporting the ongoing growth and technical evolution of the platform to ensure Wild Rides TV delivers the best of rodeo and western lifestyle entertainment to audiences everywhere.
